Food brands get impersonated. These are the only websites we run. If one claiming to be Olivius is not here, it is not us.

Email from us
Mail from us only ever comes from the oliviuscreta.com domain, and
only in reply to an order or to something you sent us. Anything asking for a
password, a card number or payment to a different account is not from us,
whatever the sender name says.
We do not publish individual addresses here. Everything reaches us through our contact form, which is also the fastest route to a person.
Our domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so mail forged from our name should be rejected by most providers before you ever see it.
What we will never do
- Ask for your password. We do not issue passwords to customers, because there are no customer accounts on this shop.
- Ask you to send payment to a different bank account. Our details appear on your own order page and in the email we send with the order, and nowhere else. We will never send you new ones in a separate message.
- Ask for a card number. We do not take cards at all, so anyone asking for one on our behalf is not us.
- Send you an unexpected invoice or delivery fee for an order you did not place.
If in doubt, ignore the message and write to our contact form yourself.
