Email from us
Mail from us only ever comes from the oliviuscreta.com domain, and
only in reply to an order or to something you sent us. Anything asking for a
password, a card number or payment to a different account is not from us,
whatever the sender name says.
We do not publish individual addresses here. Everything reaches us through our contact form, which is also the fastest route to a person.
Our domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so mail forged from our name should be rejected by most providers before you ever see it.
What we will never do
- Ask for your password. We do not issue passwords to customers — there are no customer accounts on this shop.
- Ask you to send payment to a different bank account. Our account details only ever change on the imprint page.
- Ask for your full card number by email or phone.
- Send you an unexpected invoice or delivery fee for an order you did not place.
